Fresh oysters on the half-shell! These were so delish! Three varieties: Lambertinis (the big ones on the right) - meaty, and salty ocean flavoured; Zens (bottom left) - mildly briny flavour; and St. Simons (Top left) - delicate and refreshing, with no discernible notes of seawater. All good in their own way.
